  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with your tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Delivery times may vary for remote areas or due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
